Each ReliaVerify subscription includes a set number of test calls per month. Your plan and how often you schedule tests work together: the more frequently you test, the more of your monthly allowance you use. This guide helps you pick a plan and a schedule that fit.
The three plans
| Plan | Monthly test calls | Good for |
|---|---|---|
| Basic | 10 | A single line checked occasionally |
| Standard | 50 | Regular monitoring with a record you can keep |
| Professional | Unlimited | Frequent checks and many lines |
The plan changes how many test calls you get each month — nothing else. Every feature is on every plan: scheduled and on-demand tests, all four success rules including touch-tone checks, retries, business-hours windows, email alerts, full test history and audit logs. Your history is kept the same length on every plan. Pick a plan on volume alone.
Match your schedule to your allowance
How often you test decides how much of your monthly allowance you use:
| Frequency | Roughly per month |
|---|---|
| Every hour | ~720 tests |
| Every 4 hours | ~180 tests |
| Every 6 hours | ~120 tests |
| Once a day | ~30 tests |
| Once a week | ~4 tests |
So a daily check on one line uses about 30 tests a month — comfortable on Standard. Testing every hour uses hundreds of tests a month and needs the Professional (unlimited) plan. When you set a schedule, ReliaVerify shows the projected monthly test count and warns you if it would exceed your plan's allowance, so you can pick a lighter schedule or upgrade.
When you approach your limit
The dashboard flags any subscription that is approaching its monthly limit, and the monthly usage bar turns yellow, then red, as you get close. If you regularly bump into the limit, moving up a plan is usually the simplest fix. You can change a subscription's plan from Line Verification → Monitors (View Available Plans / upgrade).
How to choose
- Start with how critical the line is. A code-required elevator phone may warrant daily or more frequent checks; a rarely used backup line might only need weekly.
- Count your lines. Each monitored line's tests draw from the allowance. Several lines add up quickly — that is where Professional (unlimited) pays off.
- You can change anytime. Start conservative and upgrade if you find you need more frequent checks or longer history.
Where to see prices
Plan prices can change, so we do not list exact amounts here. Review current pricing on the plan comparison screen when you add or upgrade a subscription, or check Billing → Rate Lookup.
