ReliaRing
Get Started

Plug the phone in. It configures itself.

ReliaRing provisions desk phones and ATAs from the manufacturers you already buy. Record the MAC address once and the handset does the rest.

Supported manufacturers

  • Cisco
  • Grandstream
  • Polycom

Already have handsets from one of these? Bring them — provisioning works the same way. Using another brand? Tell us the model and we will let you know where it stands.

It configures itself

Record the MAC address printed on the box and assign the phone to a person. On first boot the handset fetches its own SIP credentials, line keys and codecs over HTTPS — no keypad entry, no typos.

Credentials stay off the LAN

Configuration is served over HTTPS rather than the plain TFTP still common in this category, and each phone carries its own signing key so callbacks can be attributed to that specific handset.

Manage Cisco and Grandstream from the browser

On Cisco and Grandstream handsets, reboot, factory-reset, read and change settings and pull live status over TR-069 without walking to the desk. Polycom phones provision over HTTPS but are configured on the handset.

Test from where the problem is

On Cisco and Grandstream handsets, run a ping or traceroute from the phone itself and read the result in the browser, instead of guessing whether it is the handset, the network or the line.

Know what each phone was sent

Every configuration fetch is recorded with the source address, the handset user-agent and a fingerprint of the exact file served.

Buying handsets

Bring handsets you already own, or tell us what you need and our team will quote supported phones and ATAs. Provisioning works the same either way.
