Staffed in Canada

Built like a carrier, priced like a tool.

We operate the proxies, the media servers, and the session border — not a reseller panel on top of somebody else's.

Two regions, not one
Canada Central and Canada East run independently, each able to carry the full load. A region can fail and your calls keep setting up.
Your traffic stays in Canada
Media, signalling, call detail records, and recordings are all handled inside Canadian regions. Nothing transits a US network to reach you.
Encrypted on the wire
TLS 1.3 for SIP signalling and SRTP for media, with per-tenant isolation. Registration is locked to your own SIP domain.
Published rates, no contract
Metered or flat-rate, billed monthly, cancel whenever. The rate deck is the price — there is no negotiated floor you failed to ask for.

Interoperability

It speaks SIP. So do we.

Bring the PBX you have. We publish the settings and answer the phone when they don't take.

Who runs it

ReliaRing is Tridacom, which has been doing this since 2008.

The same engineers who migrated enterprise phone systems for two decades built this one, because none of the platforms they were reselling did what they wanted.
