Services
Five services. One network.
Take one or take all five. They ride the same trunks, in the same regions, on a single bill.

- FWDReliaForwardA business number that rings wherever you are, with rules for hours and voicemail.$6.99/mo
- FAXReliaFaxSend and receive fax from email or the browser. Real T.38 — no machine, no line.$9.99/mo
- VERReliaVerifyScheduled test calls against your own lines, so you find the outage before a customer does.$20/mo
- ANNReliaAnnounceNewVoice, SMS, and email broadcasts to staff and members — with proof of who received them.$25/mo
Built like a carrier, priced like a tool.
We operate the proxies, the media servers, and the session border — not a reseller panel on top of somebody else's.

- Two regions, not one
- Canada Central and Canada East run independently, each able to carry the full load. A region can fail and your calls keep setting up.
- Your traffic stays in Canada
- Media, signalling, call detail records, and recordings are all handled inside Canadian regions. Nothing transits a US network to reach you.
- Encrypted on the wire
- TLS 1.3 for SIP signalling and SRTP for media, with per-tenant isolation. Registration is locked to your own SIP domain.
- Published rates, no contract
- Metered or flat-rate, billed monthly, cancel whenever. The rate deck is the price — there is no negotiated floor you failed to ask for.
Interoperability
It speaks SIP. So do we.
Bring the PBX you have. We publish the settings and answer the phone when they don't take.
Who runs it
ReliaRing is Tridacom, which has been doing this since 2008.
The same engineers who migrated enterprise phone systems for two decades built this one, because none of the platforms they were reselling did what they wanted.
Point your PBX at us and make a call.
Fourteen days, no card. If it doesn't register in five minutes, our NOC will get on with you and find out why.
