Our commitment

ReliaRing (operated by Tridacom IT Solutions Inc.) wants every person to be able to research, buy, and manage our services independently — including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification, captions, or other assistive technology. We design and review this website and our customer portal against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.

What we do

  • Accessibility review is part of how we build and change pages, not an afterthought.
  • Pages are built with semantic headings and landmarks, visible keyboard focus, labels on every form control, and text alternatives for meaningful images.
  • Colour contrast is checked against the WCAG AA thresholds in both light and dark themes.
  • Animations respect your operating system’s reduced-motion setting.
  • The site works at 200% zoom and on small screens without loss of content.

Known limitations

Accessibility is ongoing work, and we do not claim to be finished. Areas we are actively improving include older portal screens that predate our current standards, and transcripts for audio voice samples. If you hit a problem anywhere — on this website or inside the customer portal — we want to know about it.
