ReliaFax Plans

Updated July 22, 20264 views0 found helpful

ReliaFax comes in three plans — Starter, Professional, and Business — that differ by included pages and features. Here is how to choose.

Each ReliaFax line runs on its own plan, so you can match the plan to how much a particular number faxes. There are three plans: Starter, Professional, and Business. All of them include both sending from the portal and email-to-fax, plus fax-to-email delivery of incoming faxes.

The three plans

PlanIncluded pages / monthBest for
ReliaFax Starter100 pagesLow-volume lines and small offices
ReliaFax Professional500 pagesGrowing teams that fax regularly
ReliaFax BusinessUnlimited pagesHigh-volume faxing with no overage

Higher plans add extra conveniences on top of a bigger page allowance — for example, cover page templates and priority support. When you add or change a line, the plan picker shows exactly what each tier includes.

How to choose

  • Estimate your monthly pages. Count both sent and received pages. If you are not sure, start lower — you can upgrade any time.
  • Watch for overage. If you routinely pass your included pages, the next plan up is usually cheaper than paying per-page overage. The unlimited Business plan removes overage entirely.
  • Per line, not per account. Because each line has its own plan, a busy main fax number can be on Business while a rarely used backup line stays on Starter.

Add or change a plan

  1. To add a line, go to Fax → Inbox and click Add Fax Line, then choose a plan.
  2. To change an existing line, open your subscriptions (the Manage link on the fax subscription bar, or Billing → Subscriptions) and pick a new plan.

Upgrades take effect right away so you get the larger allowance immediately. For current prices, use Billing → Rate Lookup or the plan picker — we keep pricing there so it is always up to date.
