Your subscriptions are the recurring items you pay for month to month, quarter to quarter, or year to year. This guide shows how to review and manage them.
Where to look
Go to Billing → Subscriptions. Each product you subscribe to appears as its own item with:
- Product name and type.
- Status (Active, Pending, Suspended, Canceled, Expired, or Downgrading).
- Cycle — Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual, or Annual.
- Price and any discount applied.
- Quantity — how many of that item you have (for example, the number of seats or extra phone numbers).
- Next billing date.
At the top, quick stats show your active item count, total items, and your total monthly recurring amount.
Upgrading or adding more
To add a product or increase a quantity, subscribe to the service you need from its area of the portal (for example, buy another phone number from Phone Numbers → Buy Numbers). New items show up here automatically.
Because each product is billed separately with its own quantity, you only pay for what you actually add.
Scheduled price changes
If an item's price is set to change, you'll see a note under its status showing the new price and the date it takes effect. This lets you plan ahead — nothing changes before that date.
Canceling an item
- Find the item on Billing → Subscriptions.
- Select the cancel (X) action next to it and confirm.
The item keeps working until the end of the current billing cycle, then stops. You won't be charged for the next cycle. Setup fees and fees already billed are not refunded.
Reactivating
If an item is Suspended or Canceled, use the reactivate action next to it to turn it back on.
Number cancellations follow the same rule: they take effect at the end of the billing cycle, and setup and monthly fees are non-refundable. See Adding and Removing Phone Lines.
