Rate Lookup lets you check what it costs to call any destination before you dial. This guide shows how to use it.
Open Rate Lookup
Go to Billing → Rate Lookup.
Look up a single destination
- Choose your currency (top right).
- Select a country from the dropdown — you can type to search.
- Optionally enter the phone number after the country code for a more precise match.
The result card shows:
- The per-minute rate for that destination.
- Any setup fee.
- The billing increment (how usage is rounded — for example, per 6 seconds or per 60 seconds).
- An "Included in plan" badge if that destination is covered by your plan's minutes.
Estimate the cost of a call
- After looking up a destination, pick a call length from the dropdown.
- Select Estimate Cost.
You'll see the estimated total for a call of that length, including how the billing increment rounds it.
Choosing a product
If your account has more than one calling product (for example, your phone system and a SIP trunk), a Product switcher lets you see the rates that apply to each one, since they can differ.
Browse all rates
Scroll to Browse All Rates to page through the full rate table. Use the Filter by country box to jump to a specific place. Each row shows the destination, dialing prefix, per-minute rate, billing increment, and rate zone.
Good to know
- Domestic US and Canada calls use your plan's included minutes.
- Actual billing always rounds up to the nearest increment.
- Rates can change, so it's worth checking before a big or unusual call.
