Adding Funds to Your Prepaid Wallet

Updated July 22, 20261 views0 found helpful

Step-by-step: top up your prepaid balance, pay with a saved or new card, and set up auto-recharge so you never run low.

Adding funds keeps money in your prepaid wallet so per-minute calling and texting keep working. This guide walks through a top-up and setting up automatic recharges.

Add funds

  1. Go to Billing → Wallet (or select Add Funds on Billing → Overview).
  2. Choose an amount — pick one of the preset amounts or type a custom amount. There's a small minimum, shown on the page.
  3. Choose a payment method: select a saved card or bank account, or choose Use a new card and enter the details.
  4. Select Pay to complete the top-up.

The Summary panel shows your current balance, the amount you're adding, and your new balance before you confirm. Credits you add never expire.

You'll see a confirmation once the payment goes through, and your new balance appears on Billing → Overview right away.

Set up auto-recharge

Auto-recharge tops up your wallet automatically so you don't have to watch your balance.

  1. On the Billing → Wallet page, turn on Auto-Recharge.
  2. Set When balance falls below — the level that triggers a top-up.
  3. Set Automatically add — the amount to add each time.
  4. Select Save Auto-Recharge Settings.

From then on, whenever your balance drops below the level you chose, we charge your default payment method for the amount you set. You need at least one saved payment method first — see Managing Payment Methods and Auto-Pay.

Troubleshooting

  • The payment button is greyed out — the payment system may be briefly unavailable, or you may need to add a payment method. Try again shortly, or add a card first.
  • My card was declined — check the card details and expiry, or try a different payment method.
  • I can't see the wallet — billing is admin-only. Ask an administrator on your account for access.
