If you need to cancel a service or your whole account, this guide explains what to expect so there are no surprises.
Canceling a single service
You don't have to cancel everything to drop one product:
- Go to Billing → Subscriptions.
- Find the item you want to stop and use the cancel action.
- Confirm.
The service stays active until the end of the current billing cycle, then stops. You won't be billed for the next cycle.
When cancellation takes effect
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing cycle — not immediately.
- Setup fees and monthly fees are non-refundable, so canceling partway through a cycle doesn't refund that cycle.
- You keep full use of the service until the cycle ends.
Before you cancel — a few things to save
- Phone numbers — if you want to keep a number, transfer (port) it to another provider before it's released. Once released, a number may not be recoverable.
- Recordings and voicemails — download anything you want to keep from the relevant area of the portal.
- Invoices — download any invoices you need for your records from Billing → Invoices.
Canceling your whole account
To close your account entirely, contact support so we can confirm the details, help you retain anything important (like porting numbers out), and make sure billing stops cleanly at the end of your cycle.
Reactivating
Changed your mind? If an item is only Suspended or Canceled, you can often turn it back on with the reactivate action on Billing → Subscriptions.
