- Browse the matches. If your first choice isn't available, try a different toll-free prefix (for example, 888 instead of 800) or a shorter word.

- Availability isn't guaranteed. The most popular words and patterns get claimed quickly, so have a few backups in mind.
- Prices vary. Highly sought-after vanity numbers cost more. Check the price shown next to each number, or use Billing → Rate Lookup.
- Show both forms in your ads. Print the word and the digits together (for example, 1-800-EXAMPLE and its number) so people can dial either way.
