ReliaRing offers phone numbers in many countries across six regions, so you can give customers around the world a local number that rings through to your team wherever they are. This is a great way to build presence in a new market without opening an office there.

The types offered — local, national, mobile, or toll-free — vary by country, and you'll see exactly which are available as you search. Coverage grows over time, so if you don't see a country you need, contact our team.
Documents and compliance
Many countries let you activate a number instantly. Others have local rules that require paperwork before a number can go live — for example, proof of a local address, a business registration, or a government-issued ID. In the search, a country shows one of two markers:
- Instant — the number activates right after checkout.
- Documents required — you'll upload the required documents during checkout, and the number activates once they're reviewed.
The wizard tells you precisely which documents a country needs, so there's no guesswork.
What it costs
Pricing depends on the country and number type. Rather than list rates that change, check current pricing under Billing → Rate Lookup, or look at the price shown next to each available number during the search.
How to order
- Go to Phone Numbers → Buy Numbers.
- Search for and select the country.
- Choose a number type and search for available numbers.
- Select your number(s).
- At checkout, upload any required documents and pay by card or Wallet balance.
Numbers in "instant" countries are usually ready within minutes. Numbers that require documents activate once the paperwork clears.
Routing international calls
Once an international number is active, route it like any other number — to a user's extension, a ring group, a call queue, or a voice menu. If your team spans time zones, you can set business hours on the number so after-hours calls go to voicemail or forward to a team that's awake.
Note: Some countries restrict certain numbers to registered businesses or require calls to follow local rules. The purchase wizard flags any requirements before you buy.
