Everything self-service lives in one place: Support in the portal sidebar.
The four tabs
| Tab | What's in it |
|---|---|
| Help Center | Search, the article categories, and your five most recent tickets |
| Knowledge Base | Browse every article by category |
| Video Tutorials | Short walkthroughs of common tasks |
| Getting Started | A checklist for setting up a new account |
Switching tabs updates the address bar, so you can bookmark or share a specific tab.
The Help button
Look for the Help Center button floating in the bottom corner of every portal page. It opens a drawer without losing your place, and it offers articles for the area you're currently in — open it on the Billing pages and you get billing articles first.
If nothing is tagged for that area, the drawer shows the most helpful articles overall instead. You can also search from inside the drawer.
Rating an article
At the bottom of every article is Was this helpful? Please answer it. Ratings are the main signal we use to decide which articles get rewritten, so a "no" is genuinely more useful to us than silence.
Signed out
Some articles are also published on our public help site at reliaring.com/support, which needs no sign-in. Account-specific articles stay inside the portal, so the public site is a subset — if you can't find something while signed out, sign in and search again.
