A few small habits make ReliaRing faster to use every day. Here are the shortcuts and quick actions that are built in.
Softphone dial pad
When the softphone is open, you can dial using your keyboard instead of clicking:

| 0–9, star, pound | Enters that digit (and plays the tone) |
| Plus (+) | Enters + for international numbers |
| Backspace | Removes the last digit |
| Enter | Places the call |
| Escape | Clears the number |
Feature codes (dial these on any phone)
Feature codes are short numbers you dial to reach a built-in feature:

| *97 | Check your voicemail (listen to messages) |
| *98 | Voicemail menu — record a greeting or change your PIN |
Emergency and test numbers also work as you'd expect: 911 for emergencies, and 933 to safely test that your E911 address is registered.
Quick actions in the portal
- Click to call: Phone numbers throughout the portal are clickable — click one to dial it right away.
- Home quick links: The bottom of your Home dashboard has one-click links to Help & Support, Account Settings, and Usage & Analytics.
- Service cards: Each product card on Home has quick links to its most-used pages.
- Night service toggles: Flip a location in or out of after-hours handling right from Home.
Everyday browser shortcuts
Because ReliaRing runs in your browser, the usual browser shortcuts help too:
- Open a portal page in a new tab to keep two areas side by side.
- Bookmark the pages you use most, like Phone Numbers or Billing.
- Use your browser's Find (Ctrl+F or Cmd+F) to search within a long list on screen.
