Updated March 15, 20261 views0 found helpful

A quick reference to the star codes you can dial from any ReliaRing phone to check voicemail, set forwarding, toggle Do Not Disturb, and more.

Tips

  • Feature codes work from your registered desk phone, the browser phone, and the mobile app.
  • A code that changes a setting (like forwarding or Do Not Disturb) plays a short confirmation so you know it worked.
  • If a code does not seem to do anything, make sure you are dialing from a phone signed in to your ReliaRing account.

Note: These are the codes ReliaRing supports today. Codes not listed here are not active on the platform. Features like call park and answering for a colleague are set up on your desk phone's keys by your administrator rather than dialed as a star code — see Call Park and Pickup: Hold a Call for Someone Else and Shared Line Appearances and Busy Lamp Keys.
