A plain-language guide to the error messages you may see in ReliaRing and what to do about each one.

When something goes wrong, ReliaRing tries to tell you in plain language rather than with a cryptic code. This guide explains the messages you are most likely to see and what to do next.

Sending a text

If a text fails, the reason is usually one of these: the number is not set up for texting, the recipient has opted out, or the message content was filtered. Our Text Messages Not Sending guide covers each case.

Billing

If you see a message about a declined card, an unpaid balance, or a suspended account, open Billing → Overview to review your balance and payment method. An administrator may need to update the card on file or top up the prepaid Wallet.

Error wording can change, and some messages are specific to a situation. If you hit one that is not covered:

  1. Write down the exact wording (a screenshot is perfect).
  2. Note what you were doing and the time it happened.
  3. Contact support - see Before You Contact Support.

The exact text of the message is the single most useful thing you can give our team, so please include it word for word.
