Buy, port and assign numbers from the ReliaRing portal and use them on Teams users. Recording, if you need it, is Microsoft's own Teams recording — we carry the call.

Microsoft 365 + Phone System
Any Microsoft 365 license with the Teams Phone System add-on. Already included in M365 E5.

Microsoft Entra ID
Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) configured for your organization with admin access.
Verified Domain
A verified domain in your Microsoft 365 tenant. This is standard for any M365 setup.
