Integrations Overview: Connecting ReliaRing to Your Other Tools

Updated July 22, 20261 views0 found helpful

What you can connect ReliaRing to today, from QuickBooks Online to Microsoft Teams and Webex, plus the developer API and webhooks for building your own automations.

ReliaRing works alongside the other tools your business already uses. This page is a map of what you can connect today, what's on the way, and where to find each option in your portal.

Ready-made integrations

Open the Integrations page in your portal to see everything available and its status.

QuickBooks Online (available now)

Sync invoices, payments, customers, and estimates between ReliaRing and QuickBooks Online so your books stay up to date without manual re-entry. This is a full, live integration. See Connecting QuickBooks Online to connect it and QuickBooks Sync: What Syncs and How to Manage It for what syncs and how to manage it.

Microsoft Teams and Webex (for calling customers)

If you use ReliaTrunk with Microsoft Teams Direct Routing or Webex Calling, those appear as connected integrations too, so you can route calls through ReliaRing's network inside the tools your team already lives in. These show up once you're subscribed to the matching calling product.

Coming soon

A few integrations are on our roadmap and appear on the Integrations page marked Coming Soon, including Xero, FreshBooks, and Zapier. They aren't available to connect yet, but they're actively planned.

Build your own with the developer API

Don't see the app you need? ReliaRing has a full developer platform so you (or your developer) can connect almost anything:

  • The API lets you read and manage phone numbers, calls, messages, and account data programmatically. See Getting Started with the ReliaRing API.
  • Webhooks push real-time notifications to your systems when calls, messages, faxes, and other events happen, perfect for logging activity into your own CRM or spreadsheet. See Webhooks and Event Notifications.

You'll find these under Developers in the portal (admin access required).

If the integration you want isn't listed yet, the API and webhooks can usually bridge the gap in the meantime.
